Our Raw Apple Cider Vinegar is fermented from Spanish apples. This natural process means our product is naturally active with enzymes – which is the sediment you can see at the bottle of the bottle or floating within the liquid itself.
‘The Mother’ as it referred too is believed to have many health giving properties including supporting healthy digestion. Fermentation is an ancient process of food preservation and it is believed that many of the properties attributed to fermented foods can support health digestive function.
Apple Cider Vinegar can also be used on skin blemishes and to help control dandruff. There are many ways to use it daily – make a healthy tonic/shot, use as a base for a salad dressing or marinade, add to smoothies.
Under EU regulation for food health claims, there are no legally approved health claims for Apple Cider Vinegar, as a result we do not make any such claims on our packs.
