• 2 Small apples
• 1 Banana
• 50g Blackberries
• 1 Heaped tablespoon of Lifeforce Peanut Butter
• 1 Tablespoon oats
• 250ml of milk (or almond milk)
Wash, chop the apples, and remove seeds.
Add apple pieces to the blender with part of the milk. Blend until you get an apple puree.
Add Banana, blackberries, peanut butter, oats and remaining milk.
Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
